1. What you pay for
Termio is software for booking and managing appointments in salons and similar service businesses. The subscription is tied to the salon's account and covers the whole software for the owner and up to 5 team members the owner adds to that account: calendar, team, clients, sending SMS reminders and 5 GB of storage for photos, documents and video.
There is one plan: a monthly subscription. There is no free plan and no trial period. The account can be used once the subscription is paid.
The AI Agent is included in the subscription for the first 6 months, counted from the date of the first payment. After that, you decide whether to keep it: nothing extra is charged and nothing is turned on automatically. If you decide to keep it, you turn it on in your account for $3,99 per month. All other features keep working, including SMS reminders.
2. How you pay
You pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), and on a phone also with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Charges are in US dollars (USD). The subscription is $20,99 per month, tax included. That is the final amount, regardless of the tax rate in your country.
Payments go through Creem, a service that processes payments and invoices for us.
Accounts are created only at www.termioagent.com. The subscription is paid and canceled on the website. The mobile apps are for logging in and working in your account: they show your subscription status, but the subscription itself can't be managed from the app.
3. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically. You are charged every month, counted from the date of the first payment, until you cancel.
You can cancel the subscription at any time, in your account. Canceling stops the next charge, and access lasts until the end of the period you already paid for. Periods already paid are not refunded.
4. Prices and changes
The price is charged in US dollars (USD) and applies per salon account. The price you pay stays the same for the whole period you paid for. If the pricing ever changes, the new price applies only from the next billing cycle, and we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
